  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.

Property Access

  • Garage access is not available to guests. There is not a game table available in the garage, despite the Virtual Tour possibly showing one.

Policies and Rules

  • This home is located in a neighborhood with full-time residents living nearby. The neighborhood has a limit of no more than 2 unrelated persons staying in one home and strict noise restrictions after 10pm.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. The person reserving must sign the agreement and be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book or digital guidebook.

Fees and Payments

  • This home allows up to 2 mature, well-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25.00 per pet per night plus tax. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations 60+ days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus the $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the dates are rebooked to another traveler.

Parking Information / Winter Travel Requirements

  • Free parking is available on site.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March). Travelers visiting during winter months should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle; chains may be required if it snows. No refunds or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

  • Well stocked kitchen with utensils, basic dishes & silverware, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, and cooking basics are provided.
